Jai TEEN
Yoga is an effective way to help teens cope with the uncertainties of these times, release their inner worry, and be supported at the profound level of spirit.
The world is a little tougher to grow up in these days.
The teen years are known to be riddled with insecurity about their changing bodies, stressful schedules, peer pressure, societal pressures, and familial pressure; all while trying to figure out who they really are.
Add a pandemic, extreme divisive politics, and the rapid evolution of technology, it’s sadly not surprising we have a mental health crisis happening in this country with teens leading the numbers on anxiety, depression, and suicide.
Yoga is an effective way to help teens cope with the uncertainties of these times, release their inner worry, and be supported at the profound level of spirit.
Yoga helps to cultivate our authentic self.
The practice of yoga offers adolescents a discipline for discovering who they truly are and who they want to be in the world. Beginning that process at a young age can shape who a teen becomes.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends yoga as a safe and potentially effective therapy. It can help children and adolescents cope with emotional, mental, and physical conditions while improving behavioral health.
Jai Teen Yoga uses kundalini as an effective tool to help teens drop their defenses and enter a heart centered space for healing and authentic connection.
Ultimately, the regular practice of yoga will help teens:
-
Have a sharper sense of concentration and focus
-
Relax for a good night's sleep
-
Increase memory
-
Boost immune system
-
Improve creativity
-
Enhance and stabilize moods
