Jai Teen is an uplifting class designed to give the space and support for teens/tweens to navigate the realm from childhood to adulthood. It’s not always easy understanding the social structures, relationships, and intense emotions that come with growing up, especially in this age of technology and social media. Stress, anxiety, depression, along with mental health issues are quickly becoming the disease of the modern era. Truth is, the human body is actually wired for happiness and success; we only need to understand how to harness our energy in order to find happiness within.
Jai Teen is for those who desire a place to feel grounded and connected during this uncertain time in life. This class includes kundalini yoga, meditation, self defense training (martial arts), authentic conversations, human connections, teachings on energy & self healing.
