In this fun and explorative class, children ages 7ish to 10ish will practice tools for mindfulness and understanding their energy. Jai Kids yoga classes promote acceptance, kindness, unity, and self-love. Ancient yogic teachings are explored to help children see their divine radiance.
Class includes yoga, sound healing, essential oils, and breathing techniques for focus and calm. This class aims to give children tools to feel empowered and successful in their day to day activities.
Meet your teacher, Caitlin Carrano
Caitlin is an energetic and mindful elementary school teacher. She has a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies and an M.A. in Education. Caitlin currently teaches third grade, and has trained in yoga with Ravi Singh and Jennifer Greenwald. She is a firm believer in giving students tools to help their mind, body, and spirit grow and nourish themselves.
