A solid class building on basic movement concepts leading into a pose. The fluid nature of the class feels organic to your body with support by using blocks, straps, blankets, sandbags and the wall. 


Focusing on the use of muscles to strengthen, stabilize and balance the entire body to feel your personal power.  Immersing your practice with deep breathing techniques, hand mudras and bandhas, energy locks, this class will bring you to a state of wholeness and contentment. The luxurious savasana will end the class with you to emerge restored, fearless and fulfilled.
