In this soulful, yet gentle class, you will experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. 


This class will help to increase balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion while reducing stress and tension. Class includes breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.  Connection and community are deeply enjoyed by participants.
