This class will have you stepping on the gas, as the breath is applied to our natural design for movement. 

 

Students will learn to connect to their center-line for balance, strengthen from the inside out, utilize the breath for flowing movement, increase flexibility, move in ways to prevent injury, and support and lift injuries to allow healing.
